Map every lubrication point
Document bearing or pin type, required quantity, cycle, line length, elevation, and ambient temperature. A centralized system is only as reliable as its least-supplied point.
Confirm grease pumpability
NLGI grade, base-oil viscosity, thickener, low-temperature behavior, and hose diameter affect pressure. A grease that works manually may not move reliably through a long line.
Monitor delivery, not only reservoir level
Use pressure indication, cycle confirmation, blocked-line inspection, and measured discharge at representative points. Refill cleanliness is essential to protect metering devices.
